ILSI – Just Touched Down!

We are so thrilled that our International Leadership Seminar in Israel (ILSI) has touched down in Israel and that we can finally get going on our adventure. After we landed at the airport, we made our way down south to Sde Boker. This has been a great opportunity for our teens to get to know one another.

Our first day in Israel was all about bonding and having a good time. We spent the day playing group ice breakers as well as meeting the rest of the leadership staff that will be joining us on our journey.

Even though we’re in our necessary quarantine, the teens still have very high spirits and are so happy to be in Israel. We will have to quarantine for about 20 hours, but we are making sure those 20 hours are the most fun they can possibly be.

For our first night, we stayed at a Kibbutz in Sde Boker. Although we have to quarantine, having the opportunity to stay at a Kibbutz is giving our participants a glimpse into what Israeli life is really like.

We are all thoroughly looking forward to venturing around Israel and getting to know each other as we travel.
